Who I am.


Since 2005, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. As a certified Exercise and Nutritional wellness Consultant ., I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes well-being .
My mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.
I will teach you how to swap, add and combine foods so you can eat in the best way for your body. Focusing primarily on gut health . Optimal gut function will result in a very healthy microbiome , this environment will result in fat loss , lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, less menopause symptoms , heart health , lower inflammation and lower cortisol.
