Barley Salad with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
180g cooked barley
1 cup Broccoli florets
1 red pepper finely sliced
1 spring onion finely sliced
200g mixed mushrooms slices
2 celery sticks sliced
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Method
Stir fry all the vegetables in the sesame oil and stock until softened.
When the vegetables are cooked add the barley and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Top with toasted sesame seeds
