Tuna Tataki With Chai Crust

Ingredients
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
30 grams chia seeds
2 fresh tuna steak (approx.225g each)
For the salsa
1 red pepper cleaned and cubed
1/2 an onion chopped finely
1 mango chopped in cubes
Bunch rocket leaves
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 lime
Method
Mix soy and oil. Marinate the tuna steaks for at least 30 min. Place the marinated tuna in the refrigerator.
Remove the tuna from the marinade and pass it through a bowl with chia seeds sealing the fillets on all sides.
Cook for 1 min on each side on a very hot griddle pan.
Slice the fillet into thin slices and place on a plate.
For the salsa mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl and dress with sesame oil and lime juice.
