Ingredients
  • 1 apple peeled, cored and roughly chopped

  • 1 pear peeled, cored and roughly chopped

  • 2 dates cored 

  • Handful roasted hazelnuts 

  • 2 cups lactose free milk 

Method
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth.

  • Pour the apple & pear smoothie into two glasses to serve.
