Ingredients
1 apple peeled, cored and roughly chopped
1 pear peeled, cored and roughly chopped
2 dates cored
Handful roasted hazelnuts
2 cups lactose free milk
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth.
Pour the apple & pear smoothie into two glasses to serve.
