Ingredients
  • 100g basmati rice , cooked

  • Shredded seaweed

  • 300g fresh tuna ,cubed

  • 1/2 cup edemame beans cooked 

  • 1tsp sesame seeds

  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sweet chili

Method
  • In a bowl mix the tuna with onion, seeds, soy sauce, sweet chili and sesame oil.

  • Serve as a poke bowl with rice, edemame and seaweed.
