Ingredients
100g basmati rice , cooked
Shredded seaweed
300g fresh tuna ,cubed
1/2 cup edemame beans cooked
1tsp sesame seeds
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sweet chili
Method
In a bowl mix the tuna with onion, seeds, soy sauce, sweet chili and sesame oil.
Serve as a poke bowl with rice, edemame and seaweed.
