Ingredients

For the base:

  • 1 cup strawberries or 2 kiwis or 1 cup pinapple cubes or 1 cup watermelon cubed (approx 175g)

  • 1 small banana roughly chopped

  • 100ml orange juice or lactose free milk

Toppings :

  • 1/2 cup granola or muesli

  • 1/2 cup mixed unsalted nuts

  • Handful dried fruit

  • Handful shredded coconut 


Method
  • Blitz the strawberries or other fruit  in a blender with the banana and orange juice or milk until smooth.

  • Pour the smoothie in a serving bowl and add any toppings you prefer with some chopped fruit.
