Ingredients
For the base:
1 cup strawberries or 2 kiwis or 1 cup pinapple cubes or 1 cup watermelon cubed (approx 175g)
1 small banana roughly chopped
100ml orange juice or lactose free milk
Toppings :
1/2 cup granola or muesli
1/2 cup mixed unsalted nuts
Handful dried fruit
Handful shredded coconut
Method
Blitz the strawberries or other fruit in a blender with the banana and orange juice or milk until smooth.
Pour the smoothie in a serving bowl and add any toppings you prefer with some chopped fruit.
