Chai Seeds Breakfast Pot

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp chai seeds

  • 1 cup coconut milk 

  • 1 cup homemade granola ( recipe available on our website)

  • 1 tub Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 cup mixed berries 

Method
  • Place 1 tbsp chai seeds and 1/2 cup coconut milk in the bottom of a jar. Let it set overnight.

  • Top the set chai mixture with 1/2 cup granola, 1/2 yoghurt tub and 1/2 tsp honey.Stir until all the flavors are combined. 

  • Finish with mixed berries
