Chili & Ginger Stir Fry

Ingredients
350g free range chicken breast cut in strips
1 red pepper finely sliced
10 asparagus halved lengthwise
2 spring onions fiely sliced
1 garlic clove minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Juice of 1 lime
Bunch coriander finely chopped
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Method
Stir fry the chicken in sesame oil until browned on the outside and cooked through.Set aside.
Cook the rest of the ingredients. when the vegetables are slightly softened , add the chicken and wet ingredients. Stir to mix all the ingredients well.
Serve hot with finely chopped coriander and toasted sesame seeds.
