Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast , halved , grilled and sliced

  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted

  • 1/2 cucumber sliced

  • 150g quinoa cooked

  • 100g feta cheese crumbled

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

  • 4 tbsp tzaziki

  • 1/2 lemon

  • olive oil

Method
  • For the dressing mix the lemon juice with olive oil.

  • For the salad , place all the other ingredients on a bed of quinoa. Dress and season.

  • Serve with tzaziki .
