Ingredients
  • 4 slices Brown bread

  • 1 tbsp pesto

  • 1 avocado thinely sliced

  • Bunch Rukola

  • 1/2 cucumber sliced

  • 4 slices Comte or Gruyere

Method
  • Spread the pesto on one side of the bread.

  • To assemble the sandwich , first place the rukola, Avocado, cucumber and finally cheese.

  • Place the other slice of bread over the ingredients to hold everything compact inside the slices of bread.
