Ingredients
4 slices Brown bread
1 tbsp pesto
1 avocado thinely sliced
Bunch Rukola
1/2 cucumber sliced
4 slices Comte or Gruyere
Method
Spread the pesto on one side of the bread.
To assemble the sandwich , first place the rukola, Avocado, cucumber and finally cheese.
Place the other slice of bread over the ingredients to hold everything compact inside the slices of bread.
