Healthy Tea Time Open Sandwiches

Ingredients
4 slices country brown bread tasted
1 tbsp tzaziki
2 thin slices cucumber ( cut length wise)
4 cherry tomatoes halved
Bunch basil leaves
2 slices mozzarella
1 avocado mashed with salt and pepper
1 tsp pumkin seeds toasted
1 tsp soft goat's cheese
1/2 white onion thinly sliced
2 slices smoked salmon
1/2 lemon juice
Olive oil
Method
Spread tzaziki on the toasted bread and top with sliced cucumber.
Place the mozzarella , tomatoes and basil on the toasted bread . Season and drizzle with olive oil.
Spread the toasted bread with mashed avocado , squeeze fresh lemon juice , drizzle olive oil and top with pumpkin seeds.
Spread the toasted bread with goat's cheese . Top with smoked salmon and onion slices. Drizzle with lemon juice.
