Ingredients
  • 2 High Protein sesame crackers (eg: Ryvita)

  • 2 Slices Pure Emmental Cheese

  • 2 Slices Unprocessed ham 

  • 1 Tomato finely sliced

  • Spread Hummus or Tzatziki

Method
  • Spread some hummus or tzatziki over one side of the crackers . Layer some cheese , ham and tomatoes . Season and enjoy. 

The ideal serving is one cracker for females and two for men.
