Ingredients
2 High Protein sesame crackers (eg: Ryvita)
2 Slices Pure Emmental Cheese
2 Slices Unprocessed ham
1 Tomato finely sliced
Spread Hummus or Tzatziki
Method
Spread some hummus or tzatziki over one side of the crackers . Layer some cheese , ham and tomatoes . Season and enjoy.
The ideal serving is one cracker for females and two for men.
