Mediterranean Grilled Tuna

Ingredients
500g fresh tuna steaks cut in thick slices
1/2 cup black olives pitted
Handful salad leaves
1 red pepper sliced
1 zucchini sliced lenghtwise
Handful capers
Method
Brush the tuna and vegetables with olive oil and cook on a pre-heated grill pan until just cooked through. The ingredients should be golden on both sides and criss-crossed with markings from the grill pan. Season.
Serve on a bed of salad and top with capers and olives. Dress with olive oil and lemon . Season with freshly ground pink pepper.
