Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
150g quinoa cooked
1 cup green and black olives, pitted
1 small onion , finely sliced
1 small can chickpeas, rinsed ad strained
1/2 cucumber cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Olive oil
1/2 lemon
Dried oregano
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice. Season and top with dried oregano.
