Ingredients
  • 2 slices brown bread

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 6 raspberries or 4 dates

  • 40g soft goats cheese

  • Drizzle honey

  • 1/2 yellow pepper sliced length wise

  • 1 carrot cut in strips 

  • 1 hard boiled egg

Method
  • Spread the peanut butter over the bread and cut in small portions

  • Fill the raspberries or dates with the cheese and drizzle with honey

  • Peel the cooked egg and season.

  • Serve the chopped vegetables alone or on a bed of hummus
