Overnight Oats With Figs

Ingredients
  • 300g Plain Greek Yoghurt

  • Handful mixed crushed nuts

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup lactose free milk

  • 1 large fig or 2 small ones

  • Drizzle maple syrup

Method
  • Mix the yoghurt, nuts, oats, milk and maple syrup until well combined. 

  • Divide in two seperate containers and refrigerate overnight.

  • Top with fresh figs and serve.
