Ingredients
  • 300g plain Greek Yoghurt

  • Handful granola (recipe available on our website) or an organic brand

  • 1/2 cup of mixed toasted seeds and nuts- almonds, pecan nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts .

  • 1 peach, sliced

  • Drizzle maple syrup

Method
  • Layer the ingredients in individual containers starting with the Greek yoghurt , granola and seeds, drizzle with maple syrup and top with peach slices. You can replace the peaches with any seasonal fruit.

  • Serve immediately.
