Ingredients
300g plain Greek Yoghurt
Handful granola (recipe available on our website) or an organic brand
1/2 cup of mixed toasted seeds and nuts- almonds, pecan nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts .
1 peach, sliced
Drizzle maple syrup
Method
Layer the ingredients in individual containers starting with the Greek yoghurt , granola and seeds, drizzle with maple syrup and top with peach slices. You can replace the peaches with any seasonal fruit.
Serve immediately.
