Ingredients
6 free range eggs , beaten
2 slices french ham finely chopped
chives finely chopped
50 g comte grated
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tomatoes sliced
olive oil
Method
Add the ham, cheese and chives to the beaten eggs. Season and set aside.
Heat some olive oil in a hot pan , pour the egg mixture and cook until golden. Flip over and cook the other side.
Serve with sliced tomatoes
