Quick Salmon Salad

Ingredients
300grams cooked salmon
baby spinach
1 cup baby mozarella balls
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 tablespoons toasted hazelnuts roughly crushed
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
To make the dressing mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
Place the rest of the ingredients in a jar or a salad bowl . Season and dress.
