Ingredients
  • 300grams cooked salmon 

  • baby spinach 

  • 1 cup baby mozarella balls

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 2 tablespoons toasted hazelnuts roughly crushed

  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey mustard

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
  • To make the dressing mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. 

  • Place the rest of the ingredients in a jar or a salad bowl . Season and dress.
