Rice Salad with Pesto and Tuna

Ingredients
200g Rice cooked
2 tbsp good quality pesto
1 cup cherry tomatoes , halved
1/2 cup chick peas
1/2 cup sweet corn
1 jar tuna in olive oil, strained
1/2 lemon
Olive oil
Bunch fresh basil finely chopped
Method
For the dressing , mix the pesto, lemon juice and some olive oil. Stir until smooth and watery.
For the salad, mix the the tuna, chickpeas, tomatoes, sweet corn and basil in a salad bowl . Add the pasta and dressing and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve as a meal or with a hard boiled egg in a lunch box.
