Salmon & Sword Fish Tartare

Ingredients
200g fresh salmon fillet , skinned, cleaned and cubed
200g fresh sword fish , skinned, cleaned and cubed
Bunch chives finely chopped
Bunch coriander finely chopped
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 small white onion finely chopped
2 slices country brown bread toased -to serve (optional)
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl . Let it set in the refrigirator for 30 min.
Season and serve with salad or on toasted bread.
