Salmon & Sword Fish Tartare

Ingredients
  • 200g fresh salmon fillet , skinned, cleaned and cubed

  • 200g fresh sword fish , skinned, cleaned and cubed

  • Bunch chives finely chopped

  • Bunch coriander finely chopped

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 small white onion finely chopped

  • 2 slices country brown bread toased -to serve (optional)

Method
  • Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl . Let it set in the refrigirator for 30 min.

  • Season and serve with salad or on toasted bread.
