Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients
300grms raw or smoked salmon diced
1/2 a cucumber diced
1 mango diced
150 grams basmati rice cooked
1 avocado sliced
1 carrot grated
1 radish or spring onion sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon say sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
some seaweed( optiona)
Method
Use the rice as a base , place it in the bottom of a deep bowl and assemble the rest of the ingredients neathly over the rice to fill the bowl.
To make the dressing , mix the sesame oil and soy sauce and drizzle over the ingredients.
Top with sesame seeds and seaweed.
