Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients
  • 300grms raw or smoked salmon diced

  • 1/2 a cucumber diced

  • 1 mango diced

  • 150 grams basmati rice cooked

  • 1 avocado sliced

  • 1 carrot grated

  • 1 radish or spring onion sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1 tablespoon say sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

  • some seaweed( optiona)

Method
  • Use the rice as a base , place it in the bottom of a deep bowl and assemble the rest of the ingredients neathly over the rice to fill the bowl.  

  • To make the dressing , mix the sesame oil and soy sauce and drizzle over the ingredients. 

  • Top with sesame seeds and seaweed.
