Ingredients
1 Tub plain Greek yoghurt
1 cup fresh strawberries, stalk removed and halved
1/4 cup mixed seeds- sesame seeds, flaxseeds seeds, pumpkin seeds and chai seeds
1/2 cup peanutbutter granola ( Recipe in Breakfast/Snack section)
1/2 tsp honey
Method
Blend Greek yoghurt, strawberries and honey until smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture in a serving bowl and top with granola, seeds and a few whole strawberries.
