Ingredients
  • 1 Tub plain Greek yoghurt

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, stalk removed and halved

  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds- sesame seeds, flaxseeds seeds, pumpkin seeds and chai seeds

  • 1/2 cup peanutbutter granola ( Recipe in Breakfast/Snack section)

  • 1/2 tsp honey

Method
  • Blend Greek yoghurt, strawberries and honey until smooth.

  • Pour the smoothie mixture in a serving bowl and top with granola, seeds and a few whole strawberries.
