Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, washed and halved
1 cup raspberries or blueberries
1 banana , sliced
Handful goji berries
Handful roasted nuts - hazelnuts, cashew nuts , almonds or brazil nuts
2 Tbsp peanutbutter, melted
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups lactose free milk
Method
Cook 1/2 cup oats with 1 cup milk in the micro or over low heat on the stove.
Melt the peanut butter in the micro. when liquid form add it to the cooked oats.
Top the porridge with the banana , berries and nuts.
