Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries, washed and halved

  • 1 cup raspberries or blueberries

  • 1 banana , sliced

  • Handful goji berries

  • Handful roasted nuts - hazelnuts, cashew nuts , almonds or brazil nuts

  • 2 Tbsp peanutbutter, melted 

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 cups lactose free milk

Method
  • Cook 1/2 cup oats with 1 cup milk in the micro or over low heat on the stove.

  • Melt the peanut butter in the micro. when liquid form add it to the cooked oats.

  • Top the porridge with the banana , berries and nuts.
