Ingredients
  • 2 handfuls kale

  • ½ avocado

  • ½ lime,  juice only

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1 apple, peeled and cored

  • medium-sized chunk ginger

  • 1 kiwi, peeled

  • 1 banana

  • 5 cm thick cucumber , peeled

  • Ice cubes & water

Method

Put all of the ingredients into a bullet or smoothie maker, add a large splash of water and ice and blitz. Add more water until you have the desired consistency.
