Ingredients
2 handfuls kale
½ avocado
½ lime, juice only
1 celery stick
1 apple, peeled and cored
medium-sized chunk ginger
1 kiwi, peeled
1 banana
5 cm thick cucumber , peeled
Ice cubes & water
Method
Put all of the ingredients into a bullet or smoothie maker, add a large splash of water and ice and blitz. Add more water until you have the desired consistency.
