Super Foods Salad

Ingredients
Kale leaves cooked in olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 radishes or 1 onion finely sliced
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
Bunch basil
1 can butter beans , rinsed and drained
1 avocado sliced
1 jar tuna in olive oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Method
For the dressing , mix the mustard , olive oil and vinegar.
To assemble the platter divide all the rest of the ingredients in two serving plates . Season with salt and pepper and pour the dressing all over the salad.
Top with crushed, toasted walnuts.
