Thai Style Thinly Sliced Beef

Ingredients
  • 2 slices fillet of beef approx. 200g each

  • Iceberg lettuce

  • 1 spring onion thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce   

Method
  • For the dressing , mix the sesame oil, soysauce and sweet chilli sauce until all the ingredients are combined.

  • Heat a griddle pan and grill the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, for rare meat, or longer, until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest in a warm place.

  • To serve , place the lettuce in a serving dish . Add the sliced beef , dress and top with spring onion and sesame seeds
