Thai Style Thinly Sliced Beef

Ingredients
2 slices fillet of beef approx. 200g each
Iceberg lettuce
1 spring onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method
For the dressing , mix the sesame oil, soysauce and sweet chilli sauce until all the ingredients are combined.
Heat a griddle pan and grill the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, for rare meat, or longer, until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest in a warm place.
To serve , place the lettuce in a serving dish . Add the sliced beef , dress and top with spring onion and sesame seeds
