Ingredients
  • 1 jar tuna in olive oil strained

  • 1 tub tzaziki 

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp chives and parsley finely chopped

Method
  • In a blender , pluse gently the strained tuna , tzaziki , lemon juice and mustard until smooth.

  • Season and mix with the herbs. Serve as a dip with vegetables sticks or pitta wedges. Or as a spread with hard boiled eggs.
