Ingredients
1 jar tuna in olive oil strained
1 tub tzaziki
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp chives and parsley finely chopped
Method
In a blender , pluse gently the strained tuna , tzaziki , lemon juice and mustard until smooth.
Season and mix with the herbs. Serve as a dip with vegetables sticks or pitta wedges. Or as a spread with hard boiled eggs.
