Ingredients
  • 3 cups coconut milk

  • 3 black tea bags

  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 ½ teaspoons turmeric

  • ½ teaspoon ginger

  • ½ teaspoon cardamom

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam. Remove from the heat, add in the teabags and cover with a lid. Let steep for 10 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and place the milk back on the heat. Add in the remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a simmer. Remove and serve.
